Caller AI Terms

1. Founding access

Access is personal, revocable, quota-limited, and restricted to company routes explicitly approved for your account. Selecting a supported route may grant access only to that exact route. Payment or a route request does not itself authorize an outbound call.

2. Your call authorization

You must separately confirm each call. You authorize Caller AI to call the selected company, navigate its automated menu, wait, and call your verified number when a representative is ready. You remain responsible for the conversation after joining.

3. Prohibited uses

Do not use Caller AI for emergencies, healthcare emergencies, financial transactions, government benefits, legal deadlines, harassment, deception, high-risk account changes, or any call you are not authorized to place. Never submit passwords, PINs, one-time codes, security answers, full payment-card data, or Social Security numbers.

4. Availability

Phone menus, queues, carriers, and representatives can change without notice. Calls may fail, disconnect, reach voicemail, or take longer than expected. Caller AI may pause a route, account, or all calling to protect users, providers, or the service.

5. Subscription and allowance

The Founding plan is $12 per month and includes two successful human handoffs per billing period. A handoff counts only when the service records that the representative and your verified phone joined the same call. Failed attempts, menu navigation, hold time, and missed callbacks do not use this allowance. Unused handoffs do not roll over.

6. Renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel through the hosted Stripe billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe shows otherwise. Taxes may be added where required. Billing and call-history receipts remain separate.

7. Ending access

You may stop using Caller AI or request deletion from Profile. Caller AI may suspend access for abuse, unsafe use, provider restrictions, excessive cost, or violation of these terms. Contact founder support for billing errors or refund requests; applicable legal rights are not limited.
